SaveMyHomeTrust.io is a DBA of DetencionDefensa.com, Inc., a Delaware C-corporation. The Company builds and operates the software platform — intake, document assembly, workflow — but it is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Substantive legal review of every trust package, warranty deed, and Power of Attorney is performed by Sorrentino Law Firm, PLLC, a separate Florida-licensed law firm, under the supervision of the attorney identified below. Client funds tied to any matter are held in the Firm's IOLTA trust account — the Company never touches attorney funds.

What we do
The platform is a B2B tool used by immigration attorneys representing clients under a final order of removal. The Company does not lend money and does not guarantee funding — those services are provided by independent third-party lenders and vendors identified in each matter.
