Independent Contract Attorney Services Agreement
Limited-Scope Document Preparation Review — State of Florida
This Agreement governs the limited-scope legal review services (“Review Services”) purchased by trust clients through the SaveMyHomeTrust platform. It is between the client (“Client”) and the independent licensed Florida attorney (“Reviewing Attorney”) matched to that Client’s file. SaveMyHomeTrust, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Platform”), is not a party to the attorney-client relationship and is not the Client’s attorney.

| Reviewing Attorney | Rosario Sorrentino, Esq. |
| Florida Bar No. | ________________________________ |
| Principal office | Palm Beach County, Florida |
1. Service and Flat Fee
| Service | Flat Fee | Scope | Engagement Ends When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trust Document Review | $45.00 per matter | Independent Florida-Bar review of an AI-generated irrevocable-trust document package (trust instrument, deed to trust, schedule of assets, limited-scope engagement wrapper) for structural compliance with Florida Chapter 736 and scrivener fidelity to the Client’s intake data. | The Reviewing Attorney marks the package “Approved and Routed” or “Rejected and Returned” in the Platform. |
The fee is flat, fully earned upon completion of the review, and paid directly by the Platform’s merchant processor to the Reviewing Attorney’s separate merchant account. The Platform does not hold Reviewing Attorney funds in trust or otherwise.
2. Scope of Review Services
The Reviewing Attorney will:
- verify that the AI-generated package accurately reflects the intake data (names, legal description, trustee/beneficiary designations);
- confirm structural compliance with Fla. Stat. Ch. 736 (Florida Trust Code);
- confirm the Limited-Scope Engagement wrapper (Rule 4-1.2(c)) is properly attached; and
- mark the matter Approved and Routed, or Rejected and Returned with written notes.
The Reviewing Attorney does not: draft trust instruments from scratch; provide tax advice; opine on immigration matters; represent the Client in real-estate transactions or closings; or supervise property management.
3. Rule 4-1.2(c) Limited-Scope Attestation
“Pursuant to Florida Bar Rule 4-1.2(c), the undersigned attorney establishes that representation regarding this matter is strictly limited to the review, authorization, and execution of the asset-protection trust package. The attorney confirms they have reviewed the underlying real estate BPO metrics, title status data, and document drafts, exercising independent professional judgment under Rule 4-1.1.”
4. Independence and Professional Judgment
The Reviewing Attorney is an independent practitioner, not an employee or agent of the Platform or of any Partner Immigration Firm using the Platform. The Reviewing Attorney will exercise independent legal judgment, without interference, influence, or control by the Platform or by any Partner Immigration Firm.
5. Compensation — No Fee Splitting
The entire $45 flat fee is remitted directly to the Reviewing Attorney’s separately-established merchant account. Consistent with Florida Bar Rule 4-5.4, the Platform does not share in, retain, or profit from any portion of the review fee. Once paid, the Flat Fee becomes the property of the Reviewing Attorney and will not be placed in a trust account, because the Flat Fee is fully earned upon delivery of the Review Services.
6. Refund and Termination
6.1 Client’s right to terminate. The Client may terminate the attorney-client relationship at any time, for any reason, by notifying the Reviewing Attorney through the Platform.
6.2 Pre-engagement refund. A full refund is available at any time before the Reviewing Attorney has accepted the matter and begun the Review Services.
6.3 Post-engagement refund. If the Client cancels after the Reviewing Attorney has begun review, refunds are at the Reviewing Attorney’s reasonable discretion based on work performed; the Reviewing Attorney will not retain more than the reasonable value of services rendered.
6.4 Attorney withdrawal. The Reviewing Attorney may withdraw consistent with applicable rules of professional conduct (for example, due to a conflict, the Client’s non-cooperation, or non-payment). If the Reviewing Attorney withdraws before substantially performing, the Client receives a pro-rata refund.
6.5 Conflicts. If a conflicts check reveals a conflict, the Reviewing Attorney will decline the matter and the Platform will offer to match the Client with another attorney; if none is available, the Client receives a full refund.
7. Communications and Confidentiality
The Client expressly grants the Platform permission to receive, store, forward, and review communications between the Client and the Reviewing Attorney solely to facilitate those communications and the Review Services. The Platform agrees to keep such communications confidential to at least the same extent as required by the Reviewing Attorney under the laws and rules governing the Reviewing Attorney’s communications with the Client. To the extent any provision of this Agreement conflicts with the Platform Privacy Policy regarding attorney communications, this Agreement controls.
Required Disclosures
Not a law firm. SaveMyHomeTrust, Inc. is a Delaware technology company and is not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice, representation, or opinions, and no attorney-client relationship is formed with SaveMyHomeTrust, Inc. by use of the Platform. Legal services, when purchased, are provided by independent licensed attorneys under a separate written agreement.
Attorney advertising. Communications on the Platform that describe attorney services constitute attorney advertising under applicable state bar rules. The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely on advertisements. Before deciding, ask the attorney to send free written information about qualifications and experience.
No guarantee of outcome. No attorney can guarantee any specific legal result. Past results do not predict future outcomes.
Independence of attorneys. Each attorney providing services through the Platform is an independent practitioner and not an employee or agent of SaveMyHomeTrust, Inc.
Limited scope. Services are strictly limited to the scope set forth in Section 2. The Reviewing Attorney has no obligation to provide services beyond that scope.
AI-assisted drafts. Documents and language produced by the Platform are generated by AI from information the Client provides. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by an attorney unless the Client’s tier expressly includes attorney review.
No citations from AI. Legal citations may be generated by AI, but such citations will be verified by the Reviewing Attorney or staff under the Reviewing Attorney’s direction and supervision.
Conflicts of interest. Before any engagement begins, the Reviewing Attorney will run a conflicts check.
Jurisdiction. The Reviewing Attorney is licensed in the State of Florida. The Client is responsible for confirming that the Reviewing Attorney is licensed in the jurisdiction relevant to the matter before engaging.

Reviewing Attorney Acceptance
I, Rosario Sorrentino, Esq., have read and agree that this is the Agreement I will be entering into with each Pro-Se trust Client referred to me by the SaveMyHomeTrust.io platform, and that my $45 per-review charges will be billed separate and apart from any fees SaveMyHomeTrust, Inc. bills.
